Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Black Bean and Corn Salsa

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 small can chopped jalapenos, with juice
1 small can corn, rinsed and drained
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
handful of chopped cilantro
garlic and salt, to taste

1 lime squeezed
3-4 tablespoons of salad vinegar

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Tostitos.

TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes
